Who?
Anyone wishing to participate as a jobseeker must be:
- aged at least 18 y.o. and
- citizen and legal resident of one of an EU Member States or EFTA/EEA country in accordance with the EEA Agreement (Iceland and Norway),
- or citizens of the EU + Norway and Iceland living in a third country, as long as they can prove that they have maintained their residence in the EU + Norway and Iceland.
- cross-border workers, only if they transfer their residence (permanent or temporary) to the country of destination
Employers must be:
- Companies or other organisations (public, profit and non-profit) legally established in EU Member States or EFTA/EEA countries in accordance with the EEA Agreement (Iceland and Norway), irrespective of economic sector, with a focus on SMEs
- Companies from third countries with registered office(s) in the EU and/or EEA.

What?
The EURES TMS connects registered candidates to employer offering job, traineeship or apprenticeship
opportunities, and supports them throughout the recruitment process by providing financial allowances and
tailored advice! For further details on the financial allowances available check the table below.

All EU Member States or EFTA/EEA country in accordance with the EEA Agreement (Iceland and Norway)
In what sector?
Any economic sector – there are no restrictions here!
For how long?
- At least 6 months for jobs and apprenticeships
- At least 3 months for traineeships
Services and benefits
EURES TMS offers to jobseekers and employers the opportunity to access to a unique, integrated and
customized service counting on the assistance of qualified and long experienced professionals in
matching, pre-placement, placement and post-placement: the project Advisers.
In addition to customized support and assistance, jobseekers and employers can also enjoy financial
benefits:
Jobseekers above 18 years old (citizens/residents in EU27/EFTA/EEA)
Candidate allowance for interview: The contribution varies depending on unit cost (Decision C(2021) 3514) for travelling,
accommodating and sustaining from your home country to the place where the interview is scheduled to take place.
Mobility allowance and Family mobility allowance: The allowance consists of € 600 per month for 3 months. If you are moving together with your family (spouse, partner, child(s) you are entitled to receive anadditional support, equal to € 660 per month for 2 months
Language training: Up to € 2.200
Recognition of diplomas and qualifications lump sum of € 440
Employers (only SMEs located in EU27/EFTA/EEA)
Training programme: Up to 1.500 € per training programme participant
